Your project starts with a no-cost initial consultation. We then proceed with a design process, during which we can do the design in-house or if it is a larger project and you want to involve an architect, we will engage an architect with whom we are affiliated. The design process prepares the vision of how the remodeled space will look. Once you are satisfied with the design, we finish the financial portion and selections, prepare a construction contract, and apply for a permit to build.
